against soiling. Megatreat Natural Look Sealer offers up to
5 years protection.

Sealer.
Gloss
Sealer is a water based, cross-linked acrylic penetrating
sealant developed for the long life sealing and protecting
of Megatreat decorative coatings, terracotta tiles, sandstone
and masonry. It protects against staining from oil, grease,
food, red wine, etc., and is not affected by salt or chlorine.
Gloss
Sealer can be applied over most existing sealers, and unlike
most other sealers, does not require multi-directional application.
Outlasting most conventional sealers, Gloss Sealer can be
used externally as well as internally, is transparent, yellowing
resistant (UV resistant) and due to it's excellent weathering
resistance, will not crack, chip or peel. Gloss Sealer is
non toxic, non flammable, anti-fungal, and easy to apply.

Megatreat
Tile Tape Sealer is a water based thick acrylic sealer developed
to prevent bleeding of Terracotta under the tile tape used
to create realistic tile grout patterns for flooring.
Although this is only necessary when the tile tape is applied
over rough, grooved or pitted surfaces. However, we
recommend that it is used in all applications to guarantee
sharp clean grout lines. |

Megatreat
Clear Primer is a water based interior/exterior thermoplastic
all acrylic primer/basecoat. It was especially developed
for the use in floor coatings over cement, cement like and
other non resilient surfaces prior to the application of Megatreat
Liquid Terracotta, Sandstone or Limestone.
The application of
Megatreat Clear Primer prevents water migration through on
ground concrete slabs. Other advantages include: easier
application of the Top Coat, and increased coverage rates
over stained concrete and masonry. Clear Primer is also
effective for sealing walls. |

Textured Primer Coat |

Megatreat
Textured Primer Coat is a water based cement free blend of
natural aggregate and new generation acrylic binders.
Megatreat Thestured Primer Coat is fast drying, flexible and
can be applied to a feathered edge. Megatreat topcoats
can be applied the next day.
Megatreat Textured
Primer Coat is ideal for repairing and renovating cracked,
uneven or stained concrete and cement surfaces as well as
covering existing tiles and pebblecrete. Also coats
plywood and other non masonry surfaces to create a cement
like finish prior to the application of Megatreat Liquid Terracotta,
Liquid Sandstone or Liquid Limestone. As well as giving
the opportunity to create realistic textured grout joints
by using our Megatreat Tile Tape, after applying the textured
primer coat. Then continuing on to apply the liquid
terracotta, liquid sandstone or liquid limestone to create
a wide variety of looks including slate, terracotta tile,
sandstone block or natural stone. Megatreat Textured
Primer Coat is an economical way to cover over old existing
surfaces without the hassle and cost of trying to remove it. |

for the use in floor coatings over cement, cement-like and
other non-resilient surfaces prior to the application Megatreat
Liquid Terracotta and Liquid Sandstone. The application
of Megatreat White Primer prevents water migration through
on ground concrete slabs as well as giving the flexibility
of creating different coloured joints for the tile effect.
Other advantages include:easier application of the Top Coat,
increased coverage rates and excellent hiding ability over
stained concrete.
This product can be tinted to achieve
the desired colour to seal and colour exterior walls in once
